COVID-19 Assumption of Risk

Any person including all ticket holders (hereinafter "Patrons") entering any of the performance venues or other premises associated with Amigo Airsho waive all civil liability against Amigo Airsho. The venue and other premises owners and operators and other Event affiliates for any and all damages and injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of the premises.



Terms and Conditions

• All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
• All Patrons should be aware of the following:
• There are no age restrictions on purchasing tickets but no one is allowed into the Event without a ticket.
• Before completing a ticket order, carefully review the selection and exactly what is being purchased.
• When you examine your order please make sure that you are aware of the correct date and class of ticket (e.g. general admission, VIP) Mistakes can not be rectified after the sale has been confirmed.
• NO Exchanges or refunds are allowed after a ticket has been purchased nor for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
• Amigo Airsho is not responsible for tickets ordered but not picked up at the box office at will call. By agreeing to these terms, Patrons waive their right to a refund for tickets not picked up at will call.



Canceled or Postponed Event

It is possible but very unlikely that the Event could be canceled or postponed by the Amigo Airsho team due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Amigo Airsho will ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price and fees if applicable. If an event is canceled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled the tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and no refunds will be issued. In some cases Amigo Airsho may set refund limitations. Contact us for exact instructions. Please make sure to include/provide your confirmation number so we can expedite your refund if applicable.



Order Cancellation

Amigo Airsho reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including at the request of our associated partners and affiliates, including venues, co-producer and third party sponsors. If tickets are cancelled, Amigo Airsho may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.



Once the event has begun if the event is postponed or canceled due to Weather or for any other reason Amigo Airsho Inc. is not responsible for refunds



Disclaimer

The holder of this ticket voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with the event, whether they occur before, during, or after the event. The holder waives any claims for personal injury or death against Amigo Airsho, Inc., the Department of the Army, Fort Bliss, MountainStar Sports Group and their affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners, employees, sponsors, vendors, and all volunteers of Amigo Airsho, Inc. This waiver also applies to any minor accompanying the ticket holder. The holder assumes all risks related to attending the event, viewing any aerial or static displays at the airfield, and bears all risks related to any inclement weather. By attending the event, the holder acknowledges that the event is public and that their appearance, image, and actions at the event are public. The holder has no expectation of privacy regarding their conduct or image at the event. The holder grants permission to Amigo Airsho, Inc. and any media to use his/her name, image, likeness, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display, or other transmissions, exhibitions, publications, or reproductions made of or at the event for any purpose without further authorization or compensation regardless of when used. Promotions are subject to change. Tickets sold or distributed by any unlicensed vendor at any location or near the airfield, and any counterfeit or copied tickets, will be seized and canceled without compensation. All sales are final; no refunds will be provided. No re-entry will be allowed. Food and beverages are not permitted, except for a sealed water bottle or an empty reusable water bottle to refill at our complimentary WestStar & The Hospitals of Providence Thirst Aid Stations. The appearance of sponsorship or participation in this event does not imply endorsement by the Department of Defense, the Department of the Army, or Fort Bliss. No Federal endorsement of any sponsor, product, or service is intended or implied.
